As data controller, L & B’s workshop undertakes to respect the confidentiality and security of your personal data, in accordance with this Personal Data Protection Policy.

 

By using our site, creating a customer account or placing an order, you declare that you unreservedly accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

The service providers with whom L'atelier de L et B works undertake to respect the security and confidentiality of the data.

 

The data we collect for the management of customer accounts (first name, last name, phone, address, email, password, order list) is stored at the WIX host.

 

TO WHOM IS YOUR DATA TRANSMITTED?

 

The company L'atelier de L et B uses various service providers that comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the following services:

 

 

- Shipping and tracking of your orders: We transmit to carriers (Mondial Relay, Relais colis, Chronoshop2shop ) all the information necessary for delivery: name, first name, email, telephone and delivery address.

 

– Payment of your orders: The workshop of L and B does not store any banking data during payment and does not have access to it. This data is stored only at our payment provider: Stripe.

In order to avoid fraudulent transactions, L'atelier de L et B may request any supporting documents that can validate the payment. As part of this verification, the customer would then be asked to send by email to the company L'atelier de L et B a copy of an identity document and a proof of address if necessary.

 

– Collecting customer reviews on orders and products: in order to always offer the best services and products, we solicit our customers through feedback requests.

 

– Social sharing tools: social networks may collect data relating to your browsing on our site. We invite you to consult the personal data management policies of the various social networks you use.

 

– Measurement of statistics and visits to our site: in order to offer you content and services adapted to your interests, we collect technical data. For this service we use the software: Google Analytics.
