Terms and conditions
Article 1 – PURPOSE
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company L'Atelier de L et B and its client in the context of the sale of the following goods: textile articles, baby accessories, children and adults.
L & B Atelier reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The applicable GTC are those in force at the time of the validation of the order, therefore the date of payment. The customer is invited to read them. The seller and the customer agree that these GTC govern the terms of sale. The validation of an order generates the acceptance of the GTC.

Article 2 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All creations presented on the site Latelierdeletb.com, are the property of L'atelier de L et B and its creator. They are protected under copyright and intellectual property. Any infringement or reproduction, even partial, is liable to prosecution. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of texts, comments, photos and articles on this site are strictly prohibited (art.4;335-3).
Article 3 – PRICES
The products are sold at the price in force at the time of the order, as indicated on the site. Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
L'Atelier de L et B reserves the right to change its rates at any time. However, it undertakes to charge the ordered goods at the prices indicated when registering the order.
The prices of the products sold on the site are understood by article and reference. They may vary at any time without prior notice.
The delivery costs are mentioned separately, depending on the choice made. Orders are payable in euros, regardless of the place of delivery or residence of the buyer.
In case of error in entry, printing, publication or calculation showing a price significantly lower than the price normally charged on the site or in the reference market for the product(s) in question (s), their order may be cancelled even if it has been automatically confirmed by L'Atelier de L et B.
The Customer will be informed as soon as possible by email so that he can, if he wishes, place an order at the right price.In case of delivery of products outside the European Union, the seller is not responsible for the payment of customs duties or other local costs or taxes. Such duties, costs or taxes shall be borne by the Customer as the Buyer and the Customer shall also be obliged to make the necessary declarations to the competent authorities of the country of delivery.
Article 4 – PAYMENT
The payment of orders is made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Article 5 – PRODUCT COMPLIANCE
The essential characteristics of the products and their respective prices are made available to the customer (description in caption photos). The products are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. If however the characteristics of the products could slightly differ from the statement, because of the artisanal nature of the products, the responsibility of the company could not be engaged.
The photos of the products have no contractual value. The proposed creations do not meet the CE standards.
The company is not responsible for misuse or normal wear and tear due to regular use.
Article 6 – ORDER
To order the desired items, the customer enters their product sheet by clicking on the photo or reference, he chooses the desired quantity and clicks on «Add to cart».
By clicking on the button «validate the basket», the buyer confirms his order after checking his basket. They must then validate it by clicking on the “Pay” button. The sale becomes final only after full payment of the sale price by the buyer in accordance with the terms of payment indicated in article 4 hereof.
The customer will then receive by email a confirmation of acceptance of the order within twenty-four (24) hours, summarizing the reference of the order, the item(s) ordered (s), their (s) quantity (s), price, colors, size (s), delivery costs, the means of payment chosen, customer details and selected delivery and billing addresses.
In the absence of validation of the order by the company L'Atelier de L et B within this period by email, the order is not considered taken into account.

The customer will also receive by email the confirmation of the shipment of the order.
The Company L'Atelier de L et B undertakes to fulfill the orders received on the quote and duly validated within the limit of available stocks, in accordance with the conditions of deliveries.
In the absence of availability of one or more products ordered on the site, the company L'Atelier de L et B undertakes to inform the Customer by email.
At its sole discretion, L'Atelier de L et B may offer the customer an equivalent item to replace the unavailable item. In the absence of a response from the customer or an equivalent product, the order of the unavailable product will then be cancelled and its price refunded to the customer, the rest of the order remaining firm and defined
The company L'Atelier de L et B reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer for a legitimate reason, for example due to a difficulty in supplying a product, a problem with the order or delivery, or relating to the abnormality of the order or, where there is a dispute concerning a previous order, and in particular its payment. The responsibility of the company L'Atelier de L and B can in no way be engaged in this respect.
The company L'Atelier de L et B will inform the customer only by email. The Customer is therefore asked to consult his email regularly.
Article 7 – DELIVERY
Delivery costs are indexed to the current postal rates and are included in the total when ordering. In the event of a tariff change, L'Atelier de L et B will modify its delivery costs.
Shipping costs are offered via Relais (Mondial Relay, Relais Colis, Chronoshop2shop) from 100 euros of purchase in Metropolitan France.
Shipments will be made either via Mondial Relay, Relais Colis or Chronoshop2shop.
Delivery costs outside metropolitan France will be stated on a case by case basis.
The delivery time indicated when registering the order is only indicative and is not guaranteed. Therefore, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products may not give rise to the benefit of the buyer, the award of damages or the cancellation of the order.
The risk of transport is borne in full by the buyer. The company The workshop of L and B cannot be held responsible for the absence or delivery time in case of force majeure, disruptions or strikes of postal services and means of transport or bad weather. The items are shipped in perfect condition.
In case of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must inform the company L'Atelier de L et B by email within five days of delivery: latelierdeletb@hotmail.com
The products will be shipped only after receipt on the bank account of the company L'Atelier de L and B of the total amount of the purchases including the postage. Any goods returned to the company due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped with additional shipping costs at the expense of the buyer.
Article 8 – RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have a period of 14 days because we are in the case of goods made at the customer’s request or clearly customized whose manufacture requires special adaptations to meet very precise technical and aesthetic requirements (for example, custom-made furniture or clothing). The choice of options (colour, finish, etc.) in the range of standard elements proposed by the professional does not sufficiently modify the nature or the destination of the goods, to make them clearly personal. For special or personalized orders, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (Art. L 21-28 of the Consumer Code).
Article 9 – LIABILITY
Under no circumstances may the seller be held liable in the event of non-performance or improper performance of contractual obligations attributable to the customer, in particular when entering his order.
The seller cannot be held responsible, or considered as having failed hereunder, for any delay or non-performance, when the cause of the delay or non-performance is related to a case of force majeure as defined by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals.
It is also specified that the seller does not control the websites that are directly or indirectly linked to the site. Accordingly, it excludes any liability for the information published therein. Links to third party websites are provided for information purposes only and no guarantee is given as to their content.
Article 10 – PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – CONFIDENTIALITY
Concerned about the protection of the personal data of its customers and prospects, L'Atelier de L et B undertakes to comply with the provisions of law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, relating to information technology, files and freedoms as well as those of the regulation (EU) n°2016/679 of 27 April 2016.
As data controller, L'Atelier de L & B undertakes to respect the confidentiality and security of your personal data, in accordance with this Personal Data Protection Policy.
By using our Site, creating a customer account or placing an order, you declare that you unreservedly accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Atelier de L et B may freely modify this Privacy Policy. Any changes will take effect upon publication.
