DELIVERY
Delivery costs are indexed to current postal rates and are included in the total when ordering. In the event of a price change in effect, the company L'atelier de L et B will modify its delivery costs.
Shipping costs via Mondial Relay, Relais Colis, Chronoshop2shop are free from 100 euros of purchase in Metropolitan France.
Shipments will be made via Mondial Relay, Relais colis or Chronoshop2shop.
The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given for information purposes only and is in no way guaranteed. Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the benefit of the buyer:
- The award of damages;
- cancellation of the order.
The risk of transport is borne entirely by the buyer. The company cannot be held responsible for the absence or delivery delay in the event of force majeure, disruptions or strikes in postal services and means of transport or bad weather. the creations are shipped in perfect condition. In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of said goods. these reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days following delivery, by email tolatelierdeletb@gmail.com.
The products will be shipped only after receipt in the bank account of the company L'atelier de L et B of the total amount of purchases including the costs of port. Any goods returned to the company due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped with additional shipping costs payable by the buyer.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have a period of 14 days because we are in the case of goods made at the customer's request or clearly personalized whose manufacturing requires particular adaptations to meet technical requirements. and very specific aesthetics (for example, custom-made furniture or clothing). The choice of options (color, finish, etc.) in the ranges of standard elements offered by the professional does not sufficiently modify the nature or destination of the goods to make them clearly personal. For special or personalized orders, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (Art. L 21-28 of the Consumer Code).
